Booking Deposit
- A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your trail ride booking. The deposit amount will be displayed at the time of booking on the website.
- The deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your trail ride. The remaining balance must be paid in person on the day of your scheduled ride.
- If the rider arrives and chooses not to proceed with the trail ride, the deposit is still to be charged.
Cancellation Policy
- If you need to cancel an appointment, we must be notified at least 48 hours in advance to be able to refund the deposit amount.
- There are NO exceptions to the cancellation policy once the 48 hour mark has passed.
Payment Terms
- The total cost of the trail ride, minus the deposit, must be paid in person at the end of the service. Acceptable payment methods will be provided when you arrive for your ride.
Photo and Video Consent
- By booking a trail ride, you consent to being photographed and/or recorded during the experience. You acknowledge that any photos or videos taken during the trail ride may be used for promotional and marketing purposes, including but not limited to social media, website content, and printed materials.
- If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please inform us prior to the start of your ride.
Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver
- By participating in a trail ride, you understand that horseback riding involves inherent risks, including potential injury. You agree to assume all risks associated with horseback riding and release the service provider from any liability for injury, loss, or damage.
